Taking a look at what a goal is will answer that question. The dictionary simply define a goal as: "something that someone wants to achieve." However, goals that lead to success must be defined a bit deeper. Goals must have purpose. With that thought a better definition of a goal is: A chosen course continuing for a worthwhile target until it has been reached." Therefore one needs to have a clear concise thought of what they are undertaking. That being said, here are some things to consider when setting goals for success.

Don’t chase money, but let the money chasing us.
Somebody work only focus the money, but, while anybody work well,of course the money will increased so that we will happy.

Working is reverence. Make a life to be holy, God always manage us.
Whatever a proffesion, don’t to look down on, because a job is a holy for our family.
And of course for us. So, consider work is a reverence. God will manage us, to prevent we make a mistake like : stole, damage,corrupt .

Give a value for the job.
While somebody work well, so we will earn the respect from boss.Of course the boss will not lost it cause you work well.

Do something with responsibility.
While working, somebody want a big state. Like buy a car, send their child to school, and to satisfy the necessities. That will impossible to do,if you don’t start with a little thing and responsibility.

Success is not the only tangible material. The amount was indeed innumerable because each success is the reflection of the perfection of Nature of God. Therefore, if we are always consistent in the blue print for the creation of man, named as ambassadors of His in the world, then we must each work is always the best result, a Perfect Lifes. .
